Discovery Call
We’ll have a 3o min chat to make sure we vibe and are the right fit for each other.
Three
Contract + Deposit
Following our call, you’ll receive an email with the proposal and contract. Once signed, you’ll be prompted to submit a 25% deposit to hold your date and being planning!
Four
monthly check-ins/planning
We’ll meet periodically to cross all the Ts and dot all the Is for your event.
Five
Let's party
It’s Party Time! We’ll arrive on site and begin set up, manage other vendors and the flow of the event, then make sure it’s all cleaned up.

Have Questions?
For full planning, you’ll want to book 12- 18 months in advance. We do not book less than 90 days out from an event.
We will travel anywhere a car, bus, train, or plane can get us to! We do have different travel fees depending on the distance but that will be discussed in your discovery call.
Our Month of Coordination package begins at $1750.
Our private event packages (birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, etc…)begin at $500.
Our average client invests $4500 for their wedding.
